The Carls Kitchen as we fondly shout "The Storied Fish" is our seafood that comes about a journey of forward integration over the past seven years; with focus on maximising the use of seafood, working with sustainable fish species and ethical fishing practices firmly rooted through the strictest of traditions, where simplicity and painstaking attention to detail are valued over innovation. Such sustainable efforts begins with picking the right fish.
